By Train
Kettering Train Station is linked by the Midland Mainline service via London St. Pancras from the South. Mondays to Fridays, trains run every half an hour. From the North, trains run from Leicester every half hour . Please check timetables for details.
The Business Exchange is approximately 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes taxi ride from the station.
By Car
From the A14, take J7 towards Kettering Town Centre.
Keep heading straight, past Kettering General Hospital (on your right).
You will reach the roundabout that marks the junction with Northfield Avenue (sportsgoods supermarket and Halfords to your left, and the railway station is signposted to the right). Keep heading straight.
You will travel down Lower Street/Northall Street where you will see Sainsbury's on your left and traffic lights marking a pedestrian crossing. Get into the lane turning left on the corner of Sainsbury's.
Turn left down Rockingham Road, past the Sainsbury's fuel station and you will see a redbrick Victorian building. This is the Business Exchange.
Turn left immediately after The Business Exchange down a one-way street: Dryden Street.
The Business Exchange car park is immediately on your left and there are visitors spaces marked by the side wall of the building. Please come to the blue double doors at the Front Entrance and call through to Groundwork using the telephone in the Reception area.
